Cheederians are horse-sized feline cat species created by . She has a group were all cheederian art is presented, including fan-art.
This character is created by me. He is the grandfather of an important person in BlackMysticAs story: Yava Sætansen fav.me/d3eshix
The background is a photo from a nature park close to my home (Drunense Duinen, Holland) with some photoshopping in saturation, contrast and lightness.

Appearance
If you knew Malta before you knew him, you'll think that you see Malta in masculine form (there are plenty differences though!)
Apart from that, he has a mysterious and slightly dangerous look. He acts very calm but his eyes betray his survey over the environment. You know that you cannot really deceive him.
This sly/stealthy but powerful behaviour makes him sexy for ladies that like to have a good challenge.

Shoulderheight
1.88 m --> with the new rules he should be approx. 1.68m...

Bodybuild
Runner type, with hindlegs bit inwards. He has a pretty harmonious build, but clearly angular and well developed muscles. His skeleton is angular.

Gait
He walks with pretty much impulsion, but not bouncy, just with high speed and forceful steps with great propulsion forwards.

Head
Fannar’s head is angular shaped with a bottleneck nose, typical Scandinavian. He has a clear stop just below the eyes. His profile is the same as Malta and Ravn (Ragna looks more like Sivana). The top of the skull and the nose are straight and are more or less parallel to each other.
The jugal bones are slender and high placed. The eyes are skewed and high placed, but the eyebrows are pretty close to his eyes, giving him a stern look. The ears are angular shaped, with the tips pointing upwards. Placement is normal, maybe slightly placed higher than average. His occiput is also angular, and his neck is straight (not visible, hidden in his fur ... )

Fur
Black long-haired, no pattern (unlike Malta, who has a ghost pattern). Maybe he will become more smoky when he ages. Inspired by Norwegian forest cats and lions.
The manes in his neck are full and long. Unlike manes from other cheederians, his manes hang down because of the length and thin structure. This type of fur continues until after his elbows. Under his belly, he has long hairs, but they are not as full as the manes. In the loins, he has very long hairs.

Lightals
Minor: deep black
Major: deep black, not so much shiny.

Manner of speaking
Depends on the situation. He can mumble softly and heavy, hard to understand, but he can also use his very clear and pretty high voice. But even that pretty high voice is still very powerfull.
The voice and manner of speaking of the Finnish Scar in the Lion King fits him perfectly.

Voice
At first, his voice is pretty normal, but when you listen clearly, he is pretty variable in his voice use and he can reach pretty high frequencies without losing his masculinity.
When speaking normally, he can reach rather low frequencies, especially when he is not taking the effort to speaking clearly (a bit like Johnny Depp!). But when he is taking the effort, his voice can rise pretty much, there will be a nasal tone but also a guttural tone. The very very best reference is the Finnish Scar from the Lion King in his song Be Prepared (Vallaan Saan).

Jewelry
Eyebrow piercing in his left eyebrow, placed close to the muscle (dark silver colour). His necklace is from small dark silver chains and a pendant shows a snake head holding a dark green glass ball. The snake is a black mamba and is made of dark silver - with black in the edges.
He probably also has a bracelet with 2 snakes holding a dark green glass. The material is the same, but the design is bigger and more powerful. (Not in this drawing… yet)

Dominant feature
Mysterious guy. Stealth and deception. Clever, easily talkative.

Personality and mannerism
Depends greatly on the situation.
- With his illegal job, he has to be a hard guy that is not easily scared and capable of doing nasty stuff (betrayal, bribery, cheating) . I think that he even had to threaten other cheederians directly (or other species)… commissioned by his unknown boss...
- With his family, he is a good father, pretending that the bad guys do not exist. Sivana knows his history of course, but Malta and Ragna only learned that at a later age, when they are fully grown and capable of handling the truth about their father. But they know him as a good person, with a good heart for his fellows and family.

History
Somehow I can imagine him being part of illegal trade, but at the same time having a normal job. He rolled into the illegal circuit with his friends when he was a younger cheederian (around adolescent age). He did not really choose this path voluntarily (understatement), but it definitely changed him into a really tough guy.
He travelled a lot for his nasty job, so he has stuff from all over the world. His jewelry and his nickname are probably from the same period, a great happening where he probably did something very bad..... Since then, his nickname is Black Mamba. He was still young then and I don't know if he met Sivana already.
Likely event: he challenged his nasty boss because he had enough of the work he had to do. It was actually hard labor (NL: dwangarbeid) and when Fannar is a full grown man and he met Sivana, he might want to get out of the circuit.... he won and maybe that is related to the black mamba event? Stubborn chasing? Poisoning his boss??

Hobbies and habits
Martial arts - his father was his personal teacher.
He got involved in the criminal circuit since a young age. His unknown boss really kept him busy and abused his skills in stealth and martial arts. His father Ragnar did not know about this. 
He has the habit to always plan in advance how the situation is and how it will become, so he always has an escape or defense plan. I think that this habit will never decrease, even when he is at older age.
I really have to think about his hobbies once he got rid of his nasty boss… Probably more martial arts, but just for fun.

Metaphysical skills
Neurotoxicity, like Black mamba venom (reference = wikipedia):

Special abilities
Stealth and deception. Also agility and planning greatly in advance are greatly trained during his life... Not only to improve his martial arts, but also because otherwise he would have been dead a thousand times over.

Intelligence
Highly intelligent, he was one of the favourite employers of his bad boss. Fannar is great in planning in advance including back up plans. He has a very good understanding of causality and he considers all the pitfalls in advance.
He can hide this very well with his manner of speaking he is very sly and won't give away his secrets.

Occupation (job)
When he is old, he is not really working anymore.
- Normal job: (Something he can do while travelling with Sivana, OR they have to settle somewhere. Meaning that the birth places of Malta and Ragna are under consideration now ..... )
- Former job: Illegal trade. Probably involves stealing and threatening of siderians and other metafelis species. He doesn't do this for fun, but because he will be haunted by his boss if he doesn't.

Fears
None really, he is a tough guy. He can handle fucked up shit pretty well… His real fears? That his boss discovers that he betrays him and will punish Fannar by killing his family.

Dreams
Does a tough guy have dreams? I think that he really lives in the present, not in the past nor future. His dream is probably to be out of troubles. That probably includes the sinister wish that his boss would be dead. And some dreams do come true...
